During his career in operations management, where he honed his mastery of the IT universe in manufacturing companies, Mathieu specialized in implementing the Ortems APS. He now leverages modeling, data structure, and business objectives to ensure the success of the projects entrusted to him, both strategically and operationally.

Francis began his career in consulting in the fields of industrial engineering and management information systems. Since then, he has developed expertise in operations optimization in manufacturing and distribution environments.
He has supported companies of all sizes from various sectors such as food and beverage, equipment manufacturers, technology, materials and construction, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, among others.
This diversity of engagements has allowed him to build a deep understanding of the operational and technological challenges specific to each industry. It was at the heart of these mandates that he observed the limitations of traditional ERP systems in terms of planning and scheduling. He then turned to APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) solutions, which he has been actively promoting for over 15 years.
For more than a decade, Francis led business relations with Dassault Systèmes and directed commercial initiatives surrounding the DELMIA Ortems solution. This experience gives him sharp expertise in implementing APS solutions and a refined understanding of the challenges companies face in this area.
His priorities within the company are clear: to raise awareness and demystify APS solutions, establish lasting strategic partnerships, and support clients through their reflection, decision-making, and acquisition processes.
